    Beaver's record Pretty amazing to hold the Club record for games played AND tries scored (not to mention the game's record for tries scored as a Forward). What a once in a lifetime type player - he doesn't get anywhere near the credit he deserves from the NRL and the media.

    I would have rated Stewy higher, but I wasn't happy with the way he didn't get involved more when we were peppering QLD's line in the 2nd half. But that wasn't entirely his fault.

    I'm just having a bit of a bit*ch Ryan. Yeah of course I'm happy he's with us - I'm just a bit frustrated that I haven't seen him in full flight yet. When he makes that first 60 m line break for a try I'll be a bit happier.

    It's obviously a double-edged sword, since we do the same thing (ie we grabbed Kite off the Dragons). But surely the NRL wants Clubs to have strong junior bases, and not to be reliant on buying players from other Clubs. I don't see how they are encouraging this.
