Went for a walk around Brooky oval the other day and saw Scott Fulton trying to slot them from the sideline about 30m out. Brett Fulton was catching them behind the posts and would then run around and take one himself.
They did this for around 10 shots each.

I think this is a serious issue which has been largely overlooked for next year as we whinge about more pressing matters lol. Most of the top teams have good kickers.. Thurston, Maloney, Smith, etc. When a team's struggling as we are atm we need every possible edge we can get! And let's face it on our recent track record I'm guessing many of our victories in 2017 could be in the <6 points category. If we have a B grade goal kicker that could have serious implications on our top 8 aspirations in close games. Be a real shame if we improve across the board next year and it comes down to goalkicking that causes us to fail again.

If Fletcher Christian can kick I'd give him the job and wrap him in cotton wool (no more punching doors!). Make him a Manly centre for life.
DCE can't kick consistently enough (25/40 in 2011 and stuff all since), Wright shouldn't be in the team, Matai will be broken & the rest aren't options.

He's got some skills Matty. I rather liked the look of him at 6. Will be interesting to see where reserves stick all these Wrights

Gawd ..if I see one more 'Go the Mighty Sea Eagles' from you I'm gonna puke. We're here because we actually care and the same generic delusional optimistic rhetoric does no one any good. I want to see a plan, I want to see intelligent recruitment, I want to see some kind of direction that speaks to us all and says we're actually DOING something to stop this train wreck and turn things around.
