The refs/rules and the NRL

  • We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. Not available online as that would imply consistency.

edit: badly written. what I meant was that if the rules are in writing then the poor old ref's would have something they actually had to rule by rather than making stuff up round by round.
