We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. Highly doubt it, he's always been on the wing, then the forwards the past few weeks and only the past fortnight has he been starting and playing more mins... should be fine if it's a minor charge. Did'nt really see it that well on the screen...
