Sorry but Brenton Lawrence is an idiot.
Some good solid defense in the early part of the game while we were well and truly under the pump. Though, some handling areas and average options from the warriors helped. Once we got in the game we started to dominate, but geez we've wasted a lot of chances that could really hurt us in the back end of the game. DCE needs some solid consistency, he's hot and cold so far.

And I don't think it was good D from Worriers that kept us out. We looked disorganised and kept trying to punch flat footed forwards through much bigger forwards bunched together. Not quite clicking, but let's hope second half things start to fall into place with timing and options.

THAT is why Killer is the best at what he does. They should have scored and right at the death he calmly takes the ball out of the air and shuts down the first half. For anyone who thinks he's not among the games elite players and that he's just a 'plodder'.....you only think that because he's not playing for your side.

We are too gung ho with the ball, there needs to be more measured attack. We cant afford to give up so much ball.
