I don't think we've heard the end of the Manly pub brawl story.

We know high performance manager Dan Ferris and assistant coach Willie Peters are facing the sack after punching on outside the Orient Hotel following a day on the drink.

But I'm hearing another Sea Eagles staff member - not Trent Barrett or John Cartwright - could also have a case to answer.

I heard that Trent was doing push ups on the bar in his undies with Lewis Brown taking photos

Only W Peters was charged by the Police.
He sounds like the most aggro ant ever :p

The Lurker mentioned in his column today that there was another coaching staff member that will come under scrutiny.

The Manly Warringah Sea Eagles have now completed an investigation into an incident that occurred on Wednesday 13 September involving two members of the football department.

After concluding the investigation both staff members have been sanctioned by the Club due to breaches of the Club’s Code of Conduct.

The Club advises that NRL Assistant Coach Willie Peters will be leaving the Club with immediate effect.

Sea Eagles Owner & Chairman Scott Penn said. “The Sea Eagles will not tolerate misconduct and expect all employees to represent the Club at the highest standard. All employees agree to the Club’s Code of Conduct and know what is expected of them. We must uphold these standards and will not accept any avoidable breach of them.”

The Club considers this matter now closed and we will not be making any further comment.

TBH, I didn't actually know Willie Peters worked at the club. I only knew Trent, Ferris, and Cartwright. What was he in charge of?

We probably don't and wont know the full extent of the incident, but a good decision by Manly that they are not going to tolerate it . Someone wouldn't be sacked if it wasn't serious.
