We had an issue with background services between march 10th and 15th or there about. This meant the payment services were not linking to automatic upgrades. If you paid for premium membership and are still seeing ads please let me know and the email you used against PayPal and I cam manually verify and upgrade your account.

Foran is from St Ives I think so he isn't from the Northern Beaches. He also pledged his allegiance to New Zealand. In years gone by there were talks that he might go to Roosters because he is friends with Pearce or the Dogs because Hasler wanted him. He doesn't seem to be the guy that gets attached to anyone or anywhere.
