It's amazing how many people are on here claiming to know what the terms of the contract between MWSE and Des Hasler. Can you share where it has been published so we can all see it?
I recall it being reported in the press early in 21 that he had a contract for 21 and 22. Which extended to 23 if he made the finals in either year, and extended to 24 if the side became a premiership contender. I would have thought making a preliminary final would have satisfied that element.Without knowing the terms of the contract its hard to speculate, but I imagine it would be in the interest of both parties to find a compromise and settle for '24.
My money is on being the next coach of the Dragons, which will be funny because some of Des outcasts ended up there e.g. Gosiewski, Suli etc.
