My forensic research may be incorrect, but it appears the seated blonde lady at the back is Seibold's wife.

It's an interesting one. Sipley and Paseka showed some good signs last year but the mentality of a front rower in a premiership side must be more than just 'doing a job'. One thing about JWH, from the very start of his career he's taken it upon himself to influence the result. JFH and Leota have that same mentality too. After taking a number of years to build their games at NRL level, Sipley and Paseka are physically and skill-wise up to the job, they just need to take on that mindset that they are going to set up the wins for Manly.

Only thing Paseka Sipley and Lodge are missing to make us one of the best packs in the comp is consistency. The ceiling is there they just need to raise their floor. The best props in the game never play below an 8/10.

I am sure he would offer more than the underwhelming Woods
Last season Woods NRL input mirrored our bottom of the 8 packs impact
Woods impact had no Winning leadership , No inspiration and No Hands on field dominance
Woods looked like just making the numbers on the field without making any impact at all
Woods was so slow , lethargic and sluggish . He looked out of place a NRL Sea eagle

The moral of the Seibs story
We need Impact players in our 2024 NRL pack
We dont need Woods to fill an NRL spot
