I am calm jatz?. Just amazes me that people who have watched the drastic decline of our season and seen the ridiculous media melodrama which our players have contributed to in no small way and still maintain the whole thing is a beat up.

And no there is nothing the fans can do about it but I hope the club is readying itself to make some decisive decisions because 2014 is over and a repeat in 2015 from season start as opposed to the back end would be a disaster.As fans we (and I) will cling to any tiny hope available but in reality this ridiculous mess and the bad luck with injuries has put to death what should have been a great year and a crowning glory for one of the greatest manly sides ever.

The same bloke that gave me the tip (it's a done deal mate!), also professed to several fathers at a junior semi-final a month ago that Cartwright isn't going anywhere, got it from the horses mouth...I knew then that Cartwright was finished.

It isnt a mess yet & yes, if dissent is rife then my point is there MUST be plans afoot.

The same people freakin out here will all have stiffies (apologies stiffi) when & if replacement signings are announced.

All I know is the reality isnt the same as being portrayed & there are always options for the club.

What I want to know from each & every supporter is their reason for not comprehending that, because, even if a supporter thought a long term player might leave, there really is no reason to panic right now.

No panic from me, I have lived through the departure of many greats in the past .......funny but we always manage to come back.

And didn't we have a decade of dominance in the 70's, and the 80's oh and also the 90's ( sure I went to 3 GF's in a row) , and then the first decade of the new century ( 2 GF's) and the second decade ( 2GF's and still 6 years to go).

How could we possibly survive the loss of Bob Fulton, and the turmoil surrounding the departure of Fatty Vautin, and how could we ever replace Cliffy Lyons, or Geoff Toovey.......yes the list goes on .

You youngin's need to get a grip sure this is the end of an era but guess what......a new ones just around the corner!!!

I agree totally Jatz.Of course they have plans in place.We have had the best recruitment for the past decade.I just hope they implement the plans and not bow to short term pressure.

I remember the confirmation he had signed to go back home to Saints, and the certainty that he was to link up with Hasler again, Roosters were also keen if I remember correctly

Foran has had a huge couple of years at the Dogs after agreeing to join Hasler there, and has really lifted his game up from the season before when he signed with the Roosters so he could play with his great mate Pearce

Will be interesting to see how Brisbane go in the finals this season. With DCE in the 7 jersey playing for his dad's old mate Hook, he could really turn them into a finals wildcard
