I thought Burns and Cuthbo were pretty good on Sat night. I like the way Burns applied himself in defence - he must have thrown himself on at least three grenades on the ground from Kimmorley and Dykes - brave stuff. Cuthbo looked good - he makes metres, always attracts three defenders, and seemed to always offload, creating second phase plays. Neither Kite or King seem to be doing this. He's a big lug too. My only worry is Burns' attack. He didn't seem to offer more out there than Witt did last year. I know he's only a rookie, but he needs to take some playmaking responibilities off of Ox's hands. Our attack really looked ordinary. Only Bell's try was a set move.
