(I'm sorry Mark) So what's everyone's favourite? Milk, White or Dark?
Milk all the way. Mint's a personal favourite.
Triple choc muffins at work, but only on Mondays!
Going to 3-2-1 point my chocolates. 3. Milk 2. White 1. Dark After considerable study.
I'm with Niccipops on this study
Extracted :s Chocolate extract is made by infusing an alcohol solution with cocoa beans, much as vanilla extract is made. It has an intensely chocolate aroma and flavor (although, like vanilla extract, it also has a strong alcohol note), and it is entirely natural.
Currently doing a PhD in Tim Tams.
oh you work for Arnotts?
Dark for the win. Best Choc Evar!!!!!!
Sheesh, when I started this choc thread awhile ago it got deleted!!! mods play favourites!!! blah blah whine whine burp Notwithstanding that milk>>dark>>>>>white (which always tastes stale).... get yer tastebuds around some of these: https://www.jeanpaulhevin.com/en/ It'll blow your mind! They are fantastic. Esp you @"Lord eagleton" as you are in Paris at the moment!!! Failing that (heathens) try these guys: http://www.fazer.com/ (they usually have the vodka filled ones in aust) but mainly because my family is good friends with the owners, they are more main stream as opposed to chocolatiers. Belle fleur in Balmain are pretty good too! They are on the same street where that unit exploded, tragically, recently. http://www.bellefleur.com.au/ In melbourne? No worries....got you covered! http://www.kokoblack.com/ do awesome tasting sweeeeeets and in good news for our kiwi friends, they are opening up in queenstown as well. Party on chocoholics!
Nova Peris style?
Lol, but not going there. @"globaleagle" thank you for your dedication to the cause.
What about Canada ????
i'm a fan of the lindt sea salt chocolate. very tasty.
Choc eel- truly disgusting...
Ahhh, well "true" Canadians will just order from the https://www.jeanpaulhevin.com/en/ website as they deliver world wide (so Aussies should too!) Or west coast (best coast) peeps can go to Ganache in Vancouver which is more pastries and desserts but it's friggen fantastic. Plus if you order a full cake, tell them it's for someone's birthday and they put a whole lot of extra chocolate decorations on it free of charge!!! http://www.ganacheyaletown.com/ (east coasters...who cares )
