      Extracted :s

Chocolate extract is made by infusing an alcohol solution with cocoa beans, much as vanilla extract is made. It has an intensely chocolate aroma and flavor (although, like vanilla extract, it also has a strong alcohol note), and it is entirely natural.

It'll blow your mind! They are fantastic.

Esp you @"Lord eagleton" as you are in Paris at the moment!!!

Failing that (heathens) try these guys:

          http://www.fazer.com/

(they usually have the vodka filled ones in aust) but mainly because my family is good friends with the owners, they are more main stream as opposed to chocolatiers.

Belle fleur in Balmain are pretty good too! They are on the same street where that unit exploded, tragically, recently.

Ahhh, well "true" Canadians will just order from the

                https://www.jeanpaulhevin.com/en/

website as they deliver world wide (so Aussies should too!)

Or west coast (best coast) peeps can go to Ganache in Vancouver which is more pastries and desserts but it's friggen fantastic.

Plus if you order a full cake, tell them it's for someone's birthday and they put a whole lot of extra chocolate decorations on it free of charge!!!
