Lucky for the last 15 mins because that game was on track to be one of the worst finals in a long time. Scrappy, messy and unorganised chaos! Bad refereeing, poor completions and no real entertainment at all until the final 15.
To top it off, the filthy Storm won again.

Agreed, boring game only got excited when Papenhuyzen blitzed them. Listening to gus tell us how the storm were gassed and the panthers on top when they were down by 10 was pretty hilarious. Rabs was alright i missed him. Freddy and johns not so much

As soon as it was obvious that the referee wasnt going to penalise for offside and slowing the ruck the game may as well have been over. Penrith were rushed and became frantic, then got frustrated on the back of some dubious calls and lack of ability to play football as they were expecting. Next thing they looked up and it was 22-0.

Both AFL and NRL Grand Finals just felt like a regular club game when watching them on TV.

Hopefully by the time the 2021 Grand Finals come around, we're allowed at least 60,000 for each of them.

It’s just awful , I know Foxtel is a rip off but it’s worth it to avoid those pricks.

I reckon what we saw is about what we’ll get , and if the 3rd Wave hits ( as they anticipate ) it’ll be back to cardboard cutouts again!!
