I don't get why people are going after Woods. He is basically an assistant coach who can play if there are injuries.
The real problem is the $2.5m invested in Aloiai, Schuster and Turbo. That's 25% of the cap we didn't get a return on last year (will be 20% this year). And if we are paying Lodge 500-600k that's going to be an additional problem.

If the story is true, Sea Eagles paid $80k for Woodsie as he is at back-end of his career plus the article below mentioned about getting Nathan Brown cut-price deal too.
