Actually I couldn't see a mention of it at all.

I am sure the club will celebrate that week. The work that women do in our game is very important in supporting the clubs. I would love to see the Eagles angels honoured further by the club for the great work they have done over the last decade or so.

That's because our club has rid of most of our women in league.
Mary's gone, they want the Eagles angels gone.... Why would it get a mention?

The Angels never done anything even remotely embarrassing. In fact they've only ever done good things for Manly.

There's now a 'Tommy Talks' on the website (and in a separate thread) dedicated to Women in League. Tommy interviewed a few women from junior clubs on the Northern Beaches - acknowledging their contribution to local rugby league. Rather appropriate me thinks.
