The Gould anaylsis of Origin was outstanding as well, stuff you would never usually look at, good to get a coaches view

lol @ Wolfman on the footy show tonight doing a Cadbury anti add.

Didn't watch the show (because I won't because it has been an insult to intelligence for years with bugger all to do with footy and Fatty  s h i t s  me to tears) but what was so funny about the anti-ad? Which Cadbury ad was being sent up? The Gorilla one or the two kids with the dancing eyebrows or something completely different?

It started off with the gorilla one (wolfie in gorilla suit sans head mask on the drums) and finished with wolfie playing both the young boy and girl and a lot of eyebrow action.

The show can be annoying but I tape it and FF through the crap bits.

This sort of segment just makes Wolfie more marketable. Ask any woman who goes to the game at Brookie. Their top two favorite players will be Snake and Wolfman (with a leaning to Wolfie now that Brett has the case hanging over him), and probably Ballin coming third.

Sea Eagles Callenge for Breast Cancer
Manly Sea Eagles
Thursday, June 11, 2009
Manly Sea Eagles players Glenn Stewart, Michael Robertson and Glenn Hall have died their facial growth pink for Saturday's Women in League clash with Penrith at CUA Stadium.

The Sea Eagles players sent out a message today for sponsors, members and supporters to accept the challenge.

Sea Eagles star einger Dave Williams missed out on his go today after the boys used up all the pink dye, but the Wolfman will be back on Friday for his special treatment.

"The Panthers are playing in pink jerseys and we thought we could join in the fun by dying our beards and moes pink for the occasion - at a price, " Williams said.

"It will be an excellent way to promote awareness of the problem which affects so many women in our community."

"I don't mind making a goose of myself if it can raise money for such a cause, " Williams said.

Test forward Glenn Stewart was first to come forward with the idea which was backed by his team mates and then supported by coach Des Hasler and CEO Grant Mayer.

Mayer said the Sea Eagles were keen to support the Penrith Panthers who had shown great initiative in taking a Pink approach to Saturday's big game.

"They have been outstanding in promoting the match and we are pleased to play a supporting role. Our team will be involved with the Panthers in a team photo opportunity at the ground at 5:55 pm and we are looking for sponsors, members and fans to raise $15,000 to support the cause" Mr Mayer said.

Watch the video of the boys turning pink.

The Sea Eagles would like to thank great supporters Mel and Sam, the owners of Tranquility Hair www.tranquilityhair.com.au for their donation of time and product towards this worthy cause.

What great boys...

But I do have some big issues regarding Hall's now pink porno mo   ;)

Could they possibly be grooming Wolfman into the new Matt Johns? The character of the show if you will?

Marketing wise, and because of what has happened to Brett Stewart, Wolfman is a marketing goldmine for The Sea Eagles.

I caught that anti ad with Wolfman last night and i have to say this - i know everyone loves the hoops design for jerseys but that training jacket he wore looked awesome.

It's just a white V, but maybe it was just the way it was designed and i know we've used the white v as the heritage jersey and the one around 98 with FAI as the sponsor... but damn it looked good.  So simple but way better than most teams with a V.
Nice and dark maroon, the cartoon here doesn't do it justice.  Reebok actually did something ok!

I was thinking this myself, he definitely has the personality and is very popular with everyone. The club should be cashing in on his popularity to drive membership especially amongst female fans.

Agree Ryan another good reason why we need to keep wolfman at the club

Well done to the Manly club, Des and Mayer on supporting Glenn Stewart, Michael Robertson,Glenn Hall and Wolfman who will have pink beards for the clash against the Panthers on Saturday for Women in League at CUA Stadium.
