MANLY grand final hero David Williams - aka the Wolfman - has had his trademark beard shaved off by teammates as the Sea Eagles premiership celebrations continue.

Williams, tipped to cap a dream rookie season with an Australian jumper today, awoke this morning clean shaven after being ambushed while he slept.
