I get the feeling he went straight in for surgery because he was told you can go get it fixed up... or the other option is to play on, in reserve grade for rest of the season as #1 in first grade at this stage isn't available.

He needs to come back through reserves. He had no confidence and no impact at any stage in 2016. What's worse he looked as if he had no interest. It would be worth keeping him around if he was going to help with the development of others coming through.
