I think it would be a great way to launch the season with Foz and DCE signings . All this media hype does not faze me . I look at the positive side of things and that is after all the clubs chasing these 2 players and all the big dollars that is thrown at them they have not left us and I believe both will stay

* Why leave a club who are competitive every season for these below average teams?
* Do you understand the demand for your input as a specialist commentator, coach, trainer will be based on your success on the field between now & retirement which is guaranteed at Manly but a gamble at these other teams??

If Cherry goes i don't think it'll be LJ that replaces him. Kelly mentioned in a previous article they have contingency plans in terms of recruitment in place.

That would be Seizer from the Gold Coast ( who probably can't wait to get out of the joint).

He's still here this year people. One more year for our 20's half and I'd kick the tyres on his first. Give him a bit of time with joey who is a massive drawcard for any half we would look to sign. Even hodkinson could be improved

Wasn't he out played by T-Rex? if I remember correctly. I'm not knocking the guy he is a good fill in but that's all he is.

I love the guy because he is a Manly player but he is not a Manly great player . As I said before who ever thinks he is a premiership winning 5/8 then which nrl club would he get a walk up start into

JLJ has not had the chance to play week in week out and develop combinations and grow as a player. On the odd games he has played he has done very well IMO considering he has been thrown in at the deep end.

I am one who thinks he can be a solid, if not spectacular 5/8th if given some time to play every week. I do accept he won't ever be a "star" but I would suggest he would be every bit as good as a Corey Norman level player.

5/8 tho he's good enough to replace whoever is at Melbourne, possibly better than both the Reynolds'and Keary,I'm thinking the Soward type live wire but his kicking needs improvement

If they both re sign on the money (reported) they want. I don't want 2 hear 1 of them complaining when they have 2 play behind a solid (not great) pack because they have squeezed every last dollar out of us (as they are entitled) Just don't complain.

This is how most of us on here see the 2 players. I hope the club shares the same view.
