He's back in round 19 so the game after ours. Its an 8 game suspension and i think there is 2 byes in that time.

Byes dont count Otherwise a 1 week suspension before a bye would be redundant.

The suspension program is so flawed. I really think it should really work in a way that punishes the individual player rather than the fans and team.

As such it should be an actual financial fine and then punishment would be something like missing out on the opportunity for rep selection as well, that would be more of a deterrent to stupidity on the field than them having a few weeks rest

Totally agree. As much as I don't like the Titans, pretty unfair to lose one of your senior players for a couple of months for something he didn't even do playing for the team.
