Just because I love both a poll ... and an argument .... who's your 1st choice goal kicker?

Stats have Garrick kicking at 77.6% ... and Fogarty at 76.6% ... only the length of a numbnut's pecker between them.

Does the fact that Garrick, as a loyal, long serving clubman, has the opportunity to become our highest ever point scorer figure in your selection?

Do we know if Fogarty will be named Captain? ... maybe joint Captain

I voted Fogarty but only because he's all shiny and new.

For the sake of even more argument, you should add season percentages to your stats. I'm assuming that's a career percentage.

Yeah, Nah ... that to me would be a cop out .... a few kicks at training isn't going to tell you anything years of stats hasn't already shown you ...

If they both want the job .... a decision has to be made ...

True but what that doesnt tell you is from where. With the dominant season that the Raiders had l'd be willing to bet that Fogarty had way more easier kicks.

This may not be as simple a decision as some believe .... If for example Garrick believes he is a genuine chance of chasing down the Great Wombats point scoring record ... and is denied the opportunity ... he may (not suggesting he would) feel very aggrieved.

I will defer .. (given my lack of personal experience) .. to your greater knowledge of the true dimensions of a numbnut's pecker

Probably has to stay with Garrick while ever he stays with the club and we have a very handy back up.

Plus if a carrot should get dangled in front of Gaz, we don’t have to pay overs based on retaining a goal kicker, for a change, it’s a bit of a win win.

In the highly unlikely event we are in a close finals game, I’d be going with Rueben. Don’t trust Fogarty under pressure. His miss of a relatively straight forward conversion in that raiders broncos final ultimately cost them the game and probably ultimately cost them their season.

Yep - Fogarty is shakey under pressure, still a good kicker but I think Ruebens knowledge at Brookie will see him get the job.

Plus Fogarty will have plenty on his plate with general kicking and also trying to organise a bunch of players he hasn't played with (and who are probably not used to being particularly organised)

Yes but raiders scored 120 tries to our 97. Fogarty also played more games, 3 more. Id give Rueben the shot as he is our current guy and 3rd on the list as posted above.

Do they both favour the same side or is one a left handside and the other a right handside. If they are different that would make the choice easy. Also TKO is a handy kicker (as long as he re-signs)
