Who will win the comp

I hope Canberra win it.

That way, at least one of our 2026 team will have a premiership ring.

Surely you could want them to win, purely because of Fogarty and Weekes?

That's the reason I'm going for them. Would love to see two past/future Manly boys get a prem.
No, I want them flogged (and badly 🙂). Having lived in or near CBR for over 40 years I've well and truly had enough of the embarrassingly biased media coverage they get so the sooner they get beaten the better...

Who will win the tipping comp????

It's neck 'n neck between @Shells Eagles and @Chip and Chase
I think the secret of my success this year has been remembering to put my tips in. Also I tipped with my head not my heart when it came to Manly. Death riding the Dollar Chaser right out of Brookvale @:p.

Good luck Shells. These last few rounds are hard with mass restings and lack of desire from defences once the finals dream disappears. Have to study the team lists carefully this week.

Raiders for me they were robbed in 2019 and it has taken some time for Ricky to get them back as contenders , There opponents Storm or Broncos ,

That depends on how the ex became an ex.

I won't be hoping the Roosters do well next year but I am content with how weekes left and am happy to see him do well.

Ok so history beckons for the Premiership or a Broncos win !!

If no team has won the premiership after conceding 50+ then in the current top 8 the following are either eliminated or need to rewrite history.

Raiders lost to Dolphins 24-62
Roosters lost to Broncos 14-50

No team that has finished outside the top 4 has won the comp in the 8 team finals era eliminating
Roosters
Penrith
Warriors?

Lost last game and still won the comp - has happened only 4 times - Melbourne (stripped), Roosters, Sharks and Penrith.

So up against it Raiders, Melbourne, Bulldogs, Warriors - so does that place the Broncos in to favouritism?

According to co-pilot though the most points conceded in one game by a premiership winner was 40.

So does that also rule out the Bulldogs who conceded greater than 40 twice, the Sharks who conceded 42 v the Roosters, the Warriors who conceded 42 against the Storm, the Storm who conceded 42 against the Dolphins? Once again only the Broncos in the top 4 have not conceded more than 40 and Penrith outside the top 4.

So who really cares?
