I would hope the club runs a professional recruitment process.

I agree 100%, and at the end of that process I hope they hire the best sorts they can find.

Well the girls that left were definate "good sorts".

Alicia will be hard to replace, quite simply for the fact she's been there a long time and knew her stuff very well. I imagine her position might come from within.

Jess will be easier to replace (and that's not me saying anything bad about her), she was after all quite young and had not been in the job that long (just a year or two I think), so I imagine there would be dozens that would line up to replace her out there in "techno nerd" land.

For those not aware Alicia handled the functions and game day role, Jessica was their social media person (Twitter/Facebook).

One thing everyone has to be aware of NO ONE is irreplacable!!

And that includes Des!!

Maybe they both had get out clauses.

I believe Rachel is doing media manager role (filling Zorba's spot), and I think Manly brought in Trent Higgs (formerly with Channel 10/Sports tonight) recently and he's been writing stories for the website, though I don't know what the rest of his role has been so far. I guess there's a chance he'll take over the website/twitter role? Who knows. Long way to go in the off-season.
