No idea but I am beyond the care factor too!!! :blaugh:
All I can assume is it is related to the saying from the mid 90's "what's the frequency Kenneth" it was basically a term given to someone odd.
Also it has been recently used as a term for someone you want to call gay. As in brokeback!
