Long ago I dated a girl who had family that lived just across the park from the summer palace in Oslo. A big ancient apartment with massive wooden medievil doors.
A mining boss and head of some watch collecting society.

We spent about 2 months there heading off and around Norway. Was a good time and a nice place

Yes nice country @Dan, we built a place on the fjords (west coast Idse). European summer is good there.

Tromso and Svalbard are two great places.

Oslo is hard on the wallet, I assume the girl was blonde?
