Who gets your nod for Captain ?

Okay ... 2/3's of the Silvertails brain trust have given Garrick the nod to retain the kicking duties to start the season ...

BUT ... who gets your Captains nod?

Somebody Passionate, somebody Ref friendly and diplomatic, somebody with the best footy nous?

Personally I like a division of duties .... Jake as "Club" Captain handling all the media and social duties ... and Fogarty for on field decisions.

I’d go with that, we need our captain in the middle and on the field for 80 and who better than Jake to be the club captain.

If Turbo signs on for a couple of more years, I’d make him captain.

Jake needs to focus on his own game more than others, in my view. He will lead through his own actions in any event.

I’ve never liked the idea of a new recruit taking captaincy duties. You earn your stripes so I’d keep Fog well away from it. It’s Tom and Jake’s team; one of those two and I’m happy.

Jake leads in his own unique fashion anyway, and happy for him to be co-captain or club captain, he deserves the honour.
But Tom certainly has the qualities to be an outstanding captain. Just stay on the bloody field!

Will be interesting who Seibs picks. The wrong Captain choice can do more harm then good, and Man is already a group of men said to not get along. So it's sounds a complicated dynamic.
