Interesting that Pizza Huts in NSW are all virtually take-aways now and there are no eat-ins left. There is only one left in all of Sydney that I know of. There is so much more dough (sic) in take-away than there is in the restaurant side of things.
The problem is that Pizza Hut used to be known for quality pizza. Then Dominos undercut them and they got into the price war game and devalued their pizza. There wasn't the margin in the restaurant side of things to make that viable.
So they've cashed in on the real estate side of things and gambled 'the farm' on going toe to toe with Dominos.
