Who devises the Contracts?

A simple question to all the knowledgeable ones out there?

I know The Board would ratify the contracts once they're made.

I would assume it's the Coach & Recruitment Officer. They would send them to the CEO who decides on their worth and his juggling skills, who would then send them to The Board.

I think it would be a sh*t of a job but obviously someone does it. Who?

Why isn't Tooves being smudged by the sour-graped players?

Pretty sure there is a standard contract from the NRL which the club can adjust re clauses

I asked this Question to one of the current board members last year , there is a Retention committee it's made up of Tooves, Steve Gigg (Football manager) and 1 other I can't remember think it was Dave Warwick or Dave Perry , but that being said there could be other parties putting their 2 Cents in ....
