1 Api - If his dishes up the crap passes our forwards and halves lose too much time, needs to be on top of that. This in turn creates space for Api to use his best attribute, those little darting runs.
2 Lussick - We all know Marty will run hard but its a lot easier to maintain him if its only 1 player. If Lussick can run like last week then the defence cannot compress as much on Marty
3 Green - Doesn't need to be sensational but needs to do his bit to allow DCE to exploit the rest. We are at our best when Green is chugging along nicely.

100% agree. Our forward pack needs to put in that performance again and with Darcy starting I have the confidence that they will. Lussick has gone back to that form we saw from him towards the back end of last year. Even with Marty "only" running for 130m, our forwards were still able to dominate because Lussick was able to share that responsibility.

I would rather mid year form, early year was still tainted with Parra and very average, got going about round 10 until busting his shoulder

yeah parra were the player graveyard for years.. hoppa Sandow foran Lussick watmough just to name a few LOL. interesting how far foran has fallen. He was my favorite player until he left and everyone said he made cherry.. Brett Stewart made them both and Lyon and Glenn ruled the right side for years. foran without a gun fb like snake to work with is very average. As for Lussick he was an origin prospect before he went to the slime lol serves him right ay

Well I would classify the halves as backs, like a dummy half is a forward, so by that logic could have included the Interchange really??

Sironen-
It's quite obvious he tightens up the defence, adds agression, and works well with Walker.

Walker-
Seemed to lose momentum after we lost Siro. Nearly back to his best after last week, expecting a huge game.

Tapau-
It's critical he leads by example and drives our forwards, tackle like a man possessed, and put on some big hits.

DCE-
His management of the game plan with Green, must have a cracking kicking game, and keep up his awesome work in defence.

We are only as good as our weaknesses. No dropped balls or knock ons.

If we can maintain our energy in defence and do the one percenters to stop offloads.
This will allow Tapau, DCE to use the right side of Sirro, Green and Turbo terrorizing their left centre with Uate to barge over inbt he corner if needed.
DCE passed to Walker on the burst into a gap is a game winner, with Turbo or Sirro as options.

Follor the Winterstein and Sirro breaks ftom around the 50m mark, with Turbo, walker , DCE trailing them to score tries through skill and not just bash.
