De$ isn't the Messiah, he can only work with what he has and to be honest we've got a few stars , some good toilers, a bunch of journeymen , and some absolute garbage.

Even God wouldn't have made much difference, and sorry not you @God

Bellamy works with that set up every year and gets it done (few stars bunch of journeymen). Team would be totally different under him. Players have a very healthy respect/fear of Des. Baz is everyone's mate, therefore the discipline is severely lacking. I hate Des for what he did to us but i'd take him back in a heartbeat. He knows how to get the best out of players and how to make the team gel. He wouldnt take crap off your walkers/kapows etc and they would lift their game considerably. There's a reason why he was able to take the dogs to the GF in his first year as the coach - didn't they finish last the year before or close to last? Same squad etc.. Very good coach Des. Just a knob for walking out on us

One thing about Bellamy/Bennet that people overlook is the fact that an average player works into a superior Team.

It's not just their coaching ability that influences how a new player plays, but all those super stars around them out on the field as well
