Do what I do... Turn the sound down and commentate the game yourself.

I do that sometimes if I'm watching on tv, but my commentary tends to be limited to "Run!" or "stop him!" depending on whether we are in attack or defnce.Sometimes I yell "Get off him you idiot" if I fear one of our blokes is about to get penalised..

Actually I forgot about Roy & HG, they were pretty good when they started out.
