We had a few games this year where we got plastered by the refs and still managed to win the game.

Having a decent game in round 1 against a melbourne team,we had a 1 game rookie halfback and we didnt ashame anyone

For me it was in the first of the brisbane games at suncorp.

Daly Cherry-Evans took the line on and made a break. He looked what seemed around 10 times or so waiting for a support but had to go himself and scored. The look on his face was as if to say " i did it".

That was the moment that made a rising star and the belief that this side could go all the way.

We still have another game to go and our young halves will feel the pressure. They have to, i do! We are lucky that we have so many other stars who could step up and take the heat off. It's a smorgasboard of talent we have to choose from and most of it has been developed by us.

How satisfying is that!!!!
