I'll take you up on that you Pisstaker. Then RL wouldn't have been so wildly popular in parts of France after the War - but still eventually succumbed to the Rugby juggernaut.

Prior to 1939 France had over 150 Rugby League clubs and was growing.

How would they succumb to Union, if League kept all of its assets and clubs?
