Totally agree.... but....In all honesty m76...really thought most defensive issue was the fact we were loitering in that ruck stuck in the 40k zone , while opposition hit the Hwy and went 100kph and once this happens....you get eaten inside out, to the point outside backs are getting the blame for defensive deficencies in the middle....stated in another thread our tempo/speed was simply "off the pace", which unfortunately means, you also lose more energy chasing , than putting the energy in originally to solve the problem......
