What are the refs doing?

Just had the second penalty after 17 min of the game.

What happened to penalising for head high shots? Jackson was taken high but no penalty. Why? The high shot on him was worse than the one on Perret Souths nearly scored. If Jackson didn't get a penalty then why did they penalise when Souths scored?? Ridiculous.

Piss weak. Wouldn't expect anything less from him.

I think they are doing ok by their own low standards.

They haven't cost anyone the game yet, but there's always the second half.

Seems like the only way to get a penalty is to stay down after the tackle. In days gone by this was not necessary but because of the way the refs are running the game this looks like the only way to get one.

And now with the game in the balance, the refs decide to penalise the Bulldogs. Seems like they want to ensure Souths can't loose.

And now the match review committee has not charged a single player from the game. What an utter farce!
