Wests Tigers statement

Wow, that's big news. That will take the pressure of DCE. For the media it will be DCE who now?

The Manly club is only now extricating itself from the contractual clutches of a longterm prima donna. A player who has now put the organisation through the re-signing/upgrade wringer on three occasions (perhaps more, behind the scenes), since his first grade debut in 2011.

Galvin and his crew’s antics since his FG debut, are eerily similar.

Somehow I doubt that Manly are interested. I think Parramatta are more to Galvin’s liking.

This is disappointing news for RL in general. I know it is a professional sport but creating so much speculation 18 months out from his departure sucks.
Bloody managers. Something needs to be done about their influence, plus the ludicrous contract system.
We know he's most likely to end up at Easts. The comp continues to be one of The Haves and The Have Nots.
RL is Indeed a Professional sport that is influenced by Money .

There is no Speculation at all here . It is All confirmation that a deal has not been accepted by the player and his manager and both club and player will move on and so will any speculation on contract negotiations . There is no Prolonged Contract negotiations Saga here .

The Tigers read the script well and are not wasting their time and are being up front with their supporters and the players manager and his client .

This is what it is and this is has been a sign of the times of the New Era of Professional Sports where this works both ways by clubs and players .

Pro $port is Indeed a Busine$$ and Both player and clubs look after their best long term future and financial interest .

We need to copy the AFL, it works beautifully for them.

A juniors draft ( most slot straight into the sides that year). Teams running down the bottom get first picks.
We dont need a copy of an AFL Affliction on players
All players have the right to freely go and play where they want to play
How would any one in the work force like to be forced where they should work
People should not be drafted like cows
Regal Reds: Vendor Ian Stark with a selection of the Seifert Belmont Red bulls drafted for the sale.

Nice, this topic is your strong suit, back to more cattle and cows .....

Disappointing for the Tigers and the game.

That said....would be delighted to have him at Manly
The Moral of the story from Disappointment Card is
You can never please any one
So You got to please your self .

It was disappointing when Jamie Lyon Left the Eels to sign with Manly
But the Manly Fans were not disappointed

Wouldn't be a bad Jake replacement in a couple/few years time if he can physically develop like Yeo... Still why on earth he would actively pursue not playing in his preferred position is beyond me.

I think we're probably higher up the list than people would think. Seibold is good with younger players, and of course there's the Moses link.

Disappointing for DCE as more on the market. Wow the Dylan Brown contract has had caused more than a ripple in the players market. The NRL really need to do something about a transfer window.
Supply and Demand of Quality halves caused the ripple in the Market for Dylan and DCE
There is nothing that can be done about this .
You either find a young Quality half or you Pay for one .

You told me last week the Dylan Brown stuff was unrelated to DCE as Brown is a 5/8 and DCE was a halfback

Interesting change of tune my friend.

I have always said what is evident feathered friend
Supply and Demand is what raises the Price for quality halves
