Question though, if a player doesnt sign by Rd13, does the 10 day cooling off rule apply from tommorrow?

If that is the case, there really isnt a need for players to rush and sign contracts. They could wait to get a formal offer and have it registered 10 days later.

The only players rushing to sign contracts today would be those wanting to back flip on agreed deals and stay with their current club e.g. Foran, Sezer, Myles etc.
