I like the outside the box thinking @SeaEagleRock8, and while it won't happen, it would be interesting to get a Silvertails consensus on what the team should be every week via poll and see how it matches up against the team selected.

It would be interesting seeing as there is rarely a consensus on the 3-2-1 voting and we all watch the same game!

You under estimate alot of people you dont know personally..fanatical fans that eat breathe and **** footy know more than you give them credit for..you think watching footy for 30+ years you learn nothing at all..i dont know about you but i think alot of things i have read here makes more sense than what des is doing..why we are here answer this if you can..when sirro is fit does schuster go back to blacktown or bench or does he stay put and sirro goes to blacktown cause i am sure des will slot sirro back in

Not implying that fans dont have great knowledge but the thought that a professional sporting club should be getting an commitee of fans together to advise its coach is absurd.

If any club had that little faith in your coaching staff then you sack and replace your coaching staff (which I'm personally in favour of with Des).

As for your Schuster question, he will be in first grade the rest of the year. Sironen, I'd say he will come back in somewhere.

The bigger concern is will Des play Olaku'atu.....
