I knew as soon as Fualalo replaced Koula in the team sheet that we were in trouble.

Probably too cocky after last week too

Well that's a major reality check.

One team wanted to play aggressive and up tempo while the other team took short cuts, lazy options, horrific indiscipline and gave them selves zero chance to win.

Very disappointing performance, and typical of the inconsistency that dogs our club!!

Funny how whenever we throw up sh*t performances like this we managed to get injuries out of it too just to compound the misery.

Hopoate is an instant fullback replacement, but he's no in-form and fit Turbo.

As far as backups go, there is Jake Arthur and.......well, the only other first grade quality we have would be former 5/8 Lachlan Croker.

But he's still 2 weeks away apparently.

Game plan was rubbish to begin with. No respect for the ball or the opposition. Throwing it around like it's basketball and making a complete fukup of it without doing the hard yards first and earning the right. What a sh*tshow we are.

Yep. An almost spectacular lack of resolve and effort tonight. The Warriors have a good pack and a truly excellent front row, with an actual hooker in Wade Egan, so it was always going to be a test, but our forwards were completely dominated, and the mistakes just killed us off. Really disappointed with Paseka's efforts in defence, but there's no point in singling anyone out when the whole team was woeful.

Granted we were poor tonight and got ambushed. However, Adam "Six Again" Gee lived up to his nickname, exhausting our team with a series of six agains. Added to this, the Warriors had a clever game plan and were allowed by the referee to lay all over Manly in the ruck. I tried the old wrestling count, and found that we were usually off the tackled player by three or three and a half. By contrast Warriors were only getting off our players by the time I counted four and even five. Not a mention by the commentary team.
