Voss narrative is poor as he gets locked onto 1 thought and then says click bait material so he can get quoted in a sports story on a slow news day.

His ego is annoying, if only they had a producer in the commentary box with a cattle prod to zap him into stop him going on about the same thing for long parts of the game.

His ego is out of control. The job of the caller is not to give opinion and analysis, it’s to call the action. The analysis is done by the co-commentator that has authority as a past player; Vossy couldn’t lace a boot.

It’s so transparent to me the agenda that is driven in media circles. Sure, it’s always been lurking in the background, but it’s so much more pronounced nowadays. Gone are any sense of balance and perspective, instead we’ve just got a black and white world of hyperbole. I recall an article written last week that said it’s already clear that in 2025, Penrith, Manly, Brisbane, and Melbourne are clearly a fair way in front of the pack. It’s ROUND ONE?!

Here we are in Round Two and Manly and Penrith suffer defeats to two of the poorest losers in the opening round. That’s not such a huge shock to anyone with a brain and a memory…but the media wouldn’t know it!

Voss is just another player in this stupid game played by morons with fat pockets and empty heads.

I like the cattle prod idea. Maybe they could ring a bell while delivering the shock. Eventually they'd only have to ring the bell to shut him up.

If only there was a mute bin for Voss, if fox did a live poll (with live comments) for viewers on his commentary during the game and had it at the bottom of the screen it would be very entertaining.

We could have a "not again" and have him on mute for a set of 6.

If only there was a mute bin for Voss, if fox did a live poll (with live comments) for viewers on his commentary during the game and had it at the bottom of the screen it would be very entertaining.

We could have a "not again" and have him on mute for a set of 6.

I never liked him when he was at 9 and was thrilled when they gave him the boot. Then I got Kayo so I could watch the games that weren’t free to air. Vossy resurfaced, much to my chagrin, and slowly infiltrated the ranks, to be a big noise again. Why the network hasn’t done anything to put him back in his place is beyond me.

Not a voss fan, voss the toss , but he was describing our **** show

Nobody was upset when every commentator in the game has us as top 4 certainties a week ago.

Both are full of **** but we only object to one….

Fox is a private company , and booing manly sells. It always has

The footy was just as ugly , so turning the sound down hardly improved the experience.

Manly turned up, and thought that and the press week would do

Maybe they should listen to this weeks

But that’s just it, he wasn’t. 8 teams lose every week. It happens. We didn’t play well but it was a desperate Warriors side with a strong pack on their home turf. We were in with a fighting chance until Jake T went to the bin. It’s not like we were annihilated. Someone has to lose and that doesn’t mean the commentary needs to be completely tone deaf.

Feeling your pain mate but voss is voss. He didnt decide to start being a toss last night and while he did bang on about a second sin bin , the stats may indicate he was right. Maybe we were let off a bit in reality in that situation

His opinion doesn’t offend me, I’m just calling him out for doing a poor job, the same way he’s calling out our players. People in glass houses shouldn’t throw stones.

Voss by far is the most irritating commentator out there!!

He supports the Vermin and despises us, I can live with that.

During his so called commentary last night he said and I quote"I never deathride Manly" Well in recent memory he does that every time he commentates.

The game is called by him from the perspective of our opponent. Every questionable decision that we get is challenged by him and ones we suffer are totally vindicated.

I am at the point where I mute the sound if hes the commentator as he just adds to the frustration when you watch the team not perform.

I want to ring his neck sometimes!

Can't stand him. Even aside from the blatant Manly-hate. A comedian who isn't funny and an expert who isn't an expert. Even his voice rankles!
