He’s gassed mate. It’s not him so much as the fact he’s tackling his ass off. Des needs to reflect on how he’s using Cust. Again today leaves it far to late to put him on. Needs to come on at the 30 for 25-30mins.
Yeah, we need more options in attack, can't rely on TT every play, missing fainu and a centre, Brad tries hard and is gutsy in defence, but his attack lacks variety

We showed where we are and we are in an upward direction. Still very early in our season revival, so beating Penrith was going to be tough. But we dug in and didn't back off at times where our team a month would've. We stayed competitive and pretty much just got out enthused by a fitter and faster team. Our line speed today was really bad, any top team is gaining easy yardage from it, so we got to fix that up. There was that period in the second half at 16-12 where we were getting repeat set after repeat set. We just badly needed points there, we are a team that runs off momementum real well, and with how well we were going at that moment we could've started scoring some more tries. That drop ball was a huge missed chance and it was just an upward trek from there. Still proud of the boys, gotta play well off this decent draw we got coming up.

Considering how quiet Turbo was. Great effort.

Morgan Harper is the new KING. Porn King that is. :)
He is light years ahead of Suli with his tenacity in defence and getting better in attack. No longer is Manly’s right edge a turnstile.

No way he can be left out.

I agree. Those key moments can pretty much decide a match. I missed the game but was following on updates. I know Manly are almost unstoppable when they get on a roll. Really feed off momentum! A try at a certain period of a game can turn it on its head. Next time will will get them!

Can only imagine when Faniu returns. He is amazing at that eyes up footy and with Tom, DcE and Shuster in the mix they will go to another level. Its the key position we are still lacking.
Watch sone of the Kayo minis from 2019. We forget how good Fainu is. If he comes back and Tom stays fit we will be unstoppable.

Yep Tom's 100th next week.

You know that felt like the storm game of 2008 when we lost but you knew we gained more from the loss than the win.

We had no walker, no fainu or lawton. You add walker and one of the others in today we would of won.

Today showed me why I love this team. Panthers playing like they did today would of put 50 on the tigers dogs and Broncos even cowboys.

Probably bottom of the top 8 is where we will finish this year, but there is so much promise for the future with this team.

Finally loved the Des spray at half time, he has clearly not lost the dressing room.
Im certain walker would of made a few linebreaks if he played over Parker. Foran and turbo put him into half gaps and he's just too slow/cant break tackles. Mate with a full team ill list below we can be a top 4 side.

1. Turbo
2. Garrick
3. Walker
4. Harper
5. Saab
6. Foz
7. Chez
8. Paseka
9. Fainu
10. Aloiai
11. Olakau'atu
12. Schuster
13. Jake

14. Lawton
15. Sipley
16. Keppie
17. Marty

Imho thats a top 4 side.. croker cust parker Sironen suli jorge decent back ups

Parker was a whisker of breaking the line a few times today and scoring. But..... he didn’t. He does not have the attack Walker has but right now I like him sureing up that edge in defence. For me he’s not done enough to lose his spot yet. Today he was against the best team in the comp and although didn’t take those attacking opportunities, aside from an early miss on Crichton was very good on that edge.

You cannot be serious. You dump Schuster from first grade.
