I have also previously had issues with recurring hamstring injuries and a solution that I found was an exercise called the "glute-ham raise".

It was recommended by US trainer Joe DeFranco who states that the exercise will "bullet-proof the hamstrings".

Just wondering whether Tom T. and his trainers have ever used this?
