Turbo good to go

Yeah im most worried about the weeks after this game. Playing four more matches potentially would be hard
If we win and Tom gets through the game with only minor aggravation to the injured shoulder. This outcome would be the best we can hope for, until the next semi next week.

The other thing about Tom is just when we think we are due some luck, he defies the Gods and fate and it ends in tears. The disbelief I have felt towards some of his injuries over the years is beyond comprehension. Just when I think we will get a break, tragedy strikes. I’ll be shocked if he lasts the game and completely bowled over if he plays well and doesn’t look like he shouldn’t even be out there in the first place.

Cleary took about 4 weeks to recover enough from similar injury. Turbo's 2 weeks is going to end in tears.
Hope you're wrong Mick. Tom will know come game day if he's sweet to play. If he's passed fit to play let him play, it's certainly going to be a nervous white knuckle ride for us watching Tommy running at the line, that's for sure.

And this is why I cannot understand how we are equal favourites to me turbo is such a liability in this game.

Don't get me wrong I want manly to win and think we still can but if turbo does go down in the first say 20 minutes we are screwed.
We share different views on the odds, I’m actually really surprised Manly aren’t the favourites - the dogs have had two shockers in a row, but the recent game against the Cows took the cake. Add on top of that the drama with The Fox only moved the dogs as favourites to now equal doesn’t seem right. I’m guessing punters are really expecting both teams to show up after bad losses

Fair amount of padding on Turbo. Looks awkward/uncomfortable. Non contact bib too.
This is what I said earlier, Gene Ngamu told me he looked patched up and in the rehab team late last week

The bizarre thing about RL is the strange patterns that emerge throughout the years. It's very rare that a team beats the same club twice in a matter of weeks. Very rare. For this reason, I think the Dogs will win; for no other reason than that's the pattern. I'd be more confident in a Manly victory if we'd lost the match in rd. 26.

As DCE has stated in the presser after the West Tigers loss
“We need to respect our opposition”
Was referring to another comment saying that if we have a 40pt lead with 20 to go we could lose the game. With all due respect, if we have that sort of lead over the Bulldogs, they ain't coming back to get us.
