trivia question

i am a bit of a league trivia lover.and this is not meant as a bagging for our guys.i am finally over it.all you league history buffs might know the answer.

question. what is the largest half time margin in a semi final.i have seen most semis since 1976 and i cant remember a bigger one than ours on sunday...warriors got slaughtered in 01 at parra but were fairly close at half time.other floggings that jump to mind include the sharks slaughtering the dogs in 01 but once again i think that may have been second chaos.the raiders really gave the bunnies a couple of dishing in the late 80s if i remember.the other one that jumps to mind is easts giving roy masters boys a touch up in 79 or 80 and parra slaughtering the roosters before they played us in 82gf.

i may be wrong but i think sundays score would be hard to beat.any ideas???

yes 89 i reckon.but the final score was only 30 something.there was another worse one around that time between them as well.

i agree 89 was the mavin shocker,not sure about it being the biggest,surely someone else has got to be up there with us.

im pretty sure it gets the nod.would like to know the half time score in that 01 cronulla dishing of the dogs though.pre 76 no idea but with 3 point tries i doubt it.another record in the trphy cabinet by the look of it.
