Went and watched the Tits v Boncos hit out. Most of the big guns played. Broncos had Petro, Hodges and Reed on the sideline.
Gordon and Falloon came off with bad injuries.(Falloon out 3 months)
Good hit out but even better for the footy faithful just happy to get a good dose of league. Bring it on.

#NRLsouwar @NZ_Warriors pair Sam & Steve Rapira will both miss start of 2012 #NRL season - injuries to the shoulder (Sam) + Steve (AC joint)[hr]
There are reports Tyrone Roberts has a fractured eye socket and broken nose from a collision last night but that's yet to be confirmed. #nrl[hr]

Man, I don't care what team they are from, I dread injuries in trials for ANY players. I love a healthy NRL competition.

In fact, in 2008, I was really, really disappointed Cameron Smith was injured in the GF.

Smith was suspended not injured Ryan in 2008 - remember he almost ripped a guys head off against Brisbane.

Gotta be honest - I dont mind Manly getting a good injury free run while opposition teams get their share - noone had pity on us in 2009/10 when we had several key injuries that stifled any premiership chances.
In round 1 theres a few Warriors out. I think Lillyman is a non starter with the Rapira boys.

we talked to Brenton Lawrence last night (tank!) he was happy to let us know he was the one who knocked Lillyman silly.
