Hi team.

I really think tooves would be perfect as the coach.

I have no problem with Laurie. But the players arnt listening enough to him. Yes they've played well in parts.

Tooves will teach them determination. Grit and was a great NSW player.

Tell me if I'm being bias.

I think hed be a good coach but he lives in England. Daley was getting the sack no matter what.

I'm not sure he's signed next year for Bradford. And has said he doesn't know what he's doing next year.

Your not being biased at all! 2V is a great coach and gives a team a good spray when they deserve it. Laurie never gets angry and just says "oh well... next year... back to the drawing board." I think Lauries time is up now.

I would have Brad Fittler as head coach and Toovey as assistant coach.

TBH, at this level the players need less hands on technical coaching and more psychological mentoring (ala Smelly Finger). Tooves could potentially be perfect for the role with a tactical brain in the background dealing with strategy.

I can see Tooves in the dressing room walking up to one of these young show ponies (putting hair spray on and getting his do right), and slapping him on the back of the head...

Its a very good idea to have Toovs involved. The thing that stuck out last night was the lack of passion and hunger from NSW when there was everything to play for. I think that Freddie Fittler is next in line for the job. It is time for NSW to build a team without the scars that some of the current players have, yes, it is a great Queensland team and they are having an amazing run but the truth is last night, NSW did not throw anything at them apart from 15 minutes in the 2nd half.

Toovey with perhaps Johns as specialist coach (without his squalid underworld hangers-on).

But as mentioned previously, Toovey has no friends in high places.

I think Daley is a little pig headed and arrogant for the job...the way he justifies some of his ridiculous selections really grates on me. Did anyone else see how beaten he looked at 12-0 in the coaches box last night? I couldn't believe it.

NSW had absolutely nothing last night, they simply don't have the cattle. I don't think any coach would want that gig at the present time.
