I was thinking during a replay that losing his shoe may have cause skelton's hand to slip off when going for the leg grab / ankle tap.

Then I was too happy to analyse it any further.

All good here mate,dissapointed but we turned up and put the forward middle pack myth to sleep in my view. As I said every analyst had us finishing in the bottom 4,onwards and upwards 👍

Brilliant!! Happy for Koula to put that one down, the confidence he will gain from that for next week.

Sexton is no slow coach but he couldn’t get anywhere near Koula sliding out in defence..

Didn’t realise that back in the day that try would have been disallowed because he lost a boot, you had to have your whole kit on to score a try. Just crazy, must be harder running with one boot missing, thank god they changed the rules

That was a marvelous try. The execution of the passes that came from the inside play initially to the right of the ruck and getting the ball out to the edge on the other side of the ruck was sublime from all players that handled the ball. Obviously important grabbing the victory but equally important for young Koala's confidence which has been down a bit lately. Anything is possible next week. Go Boys!!! Go the Eagles.

Ben Trbojevics composure and role in this try being overlooked a touch, he could have easily seen all the space in front of him and taken 5-6 more strides and completely kill the space that Koula had, but he assessed it well and passed at the perfect time to maximise the opportunity

Incredible try. He's had a fairly quiet season which some on here have been far too harsh on him for, but that right there is pure speed and talent and the reason why he needs to be in the side every week, no one else is scoring from that position on this team. Easy to forget that he's only just turned 22 as well!

Shoutout to Burbo for giving the early ball as well. I've been critical on him lately but I know there's a footy player deep down in there!
