Not entirely strapped for cash as from reports we did offer Des $1 million plus which now we dont have to spend, but Todd Carney no thanks, tell Foz there are no beaches at Belmore and sign up for life

He hasn't signed with the Titans. They've just offered him a contract. From what I've heard he's talking to the Sharks and Rabbits as well. The Bunnies were trying to also get James Maloney from the Warriors.
