Today we played a very poor second half, not doubt about that & should of been up 24 to 30 points at half time . We were just poor
If today's game was played at brookie the 2 major plunders by the refs( the non-send off of Dan Conn and the matai late tackle would off not happened )
Today's game was over before it started in my eyes anyway -( not because we didn't have a go or we were never going to turn up ) but with the way media went about there ways last week article after article about how desperate the roosters were , how much they want us to lose, I was so sick of come today. Watch this week - no attention on us, which is expected because of us being manly .
Anyway will we win next week? Who knows on today's effort but if we do make it in week 1 i hope we play the tigers who i feel are the only side we may have a shot at beating come week 1.
Do i think we will win the comp this year? Probably not and probably will get hammered and knocked out week 1- but i still wouldn't want to face us as a week 1 opponent to in the finals ( new competition begins).
Anyway, anyone but the dragons or tigers or roosters for me this year if and when we get knocked out or even if we don't make the finals .
