With the 2011 NRL Premiership win all sewn up, it's time to look at 2012 so far as raising the sponsorship stakes, all in an effort to take the substantial monetary loss loads, off of the Sea Eagles majority owners.
As Premiers, the club is guaranteed to be scheduled for plenty of early round 'free to air' matches. This is a massive selling point that needs to be capitalised on this time around, unlike previous years where those in charge, failed to do so given the huge opportunity. We were unlucky with the of fied dramas after our 2008 win but this time the Sea Eagles have earned another shot at sponsorship redemption.
Start marketing to big corporations, NOW, while this is all still fresh.
Find more space on the playing jumpers or the shorts and create opportunities for high paying sponsors to place their name on a winning brand and culture.
This is the way forward, along with a new stadium.
